Initial Consultation
Knowledge is power. Before I can make a unique, individualised plan for you, we need to dive deep into your medical history to find what has brought you to where you are. You’ll also receive something to relieve your symptoms if necessary, along with a food and lifestyle diary to complete prior to your next appointment to guide your new plan.

1st Follow-up Consultation
Now that we have your full health history and you’ve completed your food & lifestyle diary and a detailed questionnaire, I can build your fully personalised plan to support your immediate and future health goals.

Further Follow-up Consultation
I don’t believe in “Pop a pill and I’ll see you in a month”, rather I’m here to support you every step of the way. After your 1st Follow-up Consultation, we’ll meet regularly so that I can see how you’re going, assess and adjust your supplementation and nutrition plan, and alter your treatment plan as your health improves.

Acute Consultation
We all come down with a cold or tummy bug every now and then, so I offer an Acute Consultation for when you simply need a quick appointment to receive symptomatic care.
Please note this service is only available to current clients.
Skype Consultation
All of my services are available via Skype, however they must be paid for in advance.
No refund will be given for cancellations or if you miss the appointment.
Please ensure your Skype name is included with your last name if booking online.

Home Visits
I understand how difficult it can be to get out and about when you are unwell, so I offer Home Visits if you are house-bound due to physical limitations. Please be aware that a quick assessment over the phone to ensure your eligibility is required.
Payment plans are available on request.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
We all lead busy lives, and sometimes life gets in the way.
In order for me to offer the highest quality service, and ensure that you have as much time as you need for each appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointment time.
In the rare case of short notice, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply and is enforced at my discretion. Should you not turn up for your appointment, a 100% fee will apply.

Australian Health management, ARHG (including HBF), Australian Unity, BUPA, CBHS, NIB (including Grand United), HCF, and Medibank Private.
Please note that Health Insurance Rebates are only available for Nutrition Consultations, are NOT available with Skype Consultations.
